Bioinformatics is required for all aspects of our technology workflows, from reagent design to data analysis and integration. Dr. Claire Yanhui Hu has decades of relevant experience, including in RNAi and CRISPR reagent design, screen data analysis, gene set enrichment analysis, ortholog mapping, data mining, and transcriptomics. She is also the developer of popular resources such as DIOPT, CRISPR GuideXpress, BioLitMine, Gene2Function, MIST, and PANGEA. Her involvement at all stages of the research process is highly valuable to our group, and the online tools she has generated are much-used by the community more broadly.
